I am responsible for all business across the group. I joined Western Global in 2014 as Commercial Director, becoming CEO in 2019. I previously worked for BHP Billiton in Australia and internationally in a range of leadership roles.
I lead support services including finance, HR, IT and marketing. My focus is on enabling sales and production strategies through data and insights. I joined in 2019, having previously worked at EY and Imperial Brands.
I lead the group’s engineering and supply chain teams. I joined in 2014 as group strategy manager, primarily focussed on implementing sustainable growth initiatives and restructuring the group’s operations and processes.
I manage our Assembly Distribution Centre (ADC) in Poland, which became operational in 2014. With over 25-years’ experience in supply chain and distribution, I oversee quality and processes to ensure every tank and component meets global standards.
I’ve worked in construction and power generation for more than 20-years. Based in Rome, I now travel extensively, developing relationships with, and solutions for, clients across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the US.
Based in Charlotte, USA I lead the Operations function globally across Western's multiple manufacturing hubs with a primary focus on our North American operation. I joined the company in 2021 with a background in operations, logistics and supply chain.
Since 2004 I’ve worked across every part of the business – from building tanks to selling them. I now head up the UK & Europe sales and operations teams, liaising with customers from initial enquiry to the delivery of their solution.
I am responsible for the marketing team that supports the UK, Europe and the Military. With our talented team of marketeers we operate a 'digital first' approach. I previously spent 4-years with the sales team, equipping me with product knowledge and insight into what customers want and need.
I am responsible for developing our people and culture in line with our strategy and values of Teamwork, Openness, Passion, Integrity and Celebrating Success. I joined Western in 2019, having previously worked at Finsbury Foods.
