Fuel pumps

As well as transporting and storing fuel, you’re going to want to use it. Our pumps are designed to work efficiently with our tanks, ensuring you can dispense fuel quickly and safely whenever needed.

Choose from manual operation, electric, and petrol engine pumps that can deliver a flow rate from 20-30 Lpm to 85-100 Lpm, depending on your requirements. Aside from our manual operation model, all our pumps have auto-trigger nozzles for safe refuelling and can be fitted with flow meters.

Solar charging pump

Our 12-volt solar charging kit operates entirely on solar power without a backup power supply. The kit includes a pump with overcharge protection, cables, and brackets to fix it to our Abbi or TransCube Global tanks. This setup is ideal for remote locations where conventional power supplies are unavailable, allowing you to avoid wasting fuel with a fuel-operated pump.

Water pumps & dust suppression

We don’t just provide accessories for our fuel tanks. We also produce add-ons for our water bowsers, levelling up their functionality and transforming them into dust-suppression units or pressure washers.

Water pumps

Tasks such as plant watering, equipment cleaning, and quickly providing water for drinking and onsite jobs become much easier with one of our water pumps. Our multipumps allow you to use natural water sources or the water in the bowser to spray dust and debris from equipment, keeping everything in top condition. 

You can also choose watering and rain lances, which help you reach hanging plants or hard-to-reach areas on large machinery.

Dust suppression accessories

Dust suppression is important for the safety of your workers and may be required under environmental regulations. We offer gravity spray bars and dust suppression fans that can be fitted to water pumps. These deliver a constant mist of water, eliminating rising dust and protecting the health of both workers and equipment. 

Pressure washers

Maintaining a clean site and equipment is essential, not just for appearances. Failure to do so can result in fines and affect the service life of your equipment. A pressure washer is the most effective solution for removing mud, dirt and grime and suppressing dust on site. It can reach hard-to-reach areas and blast away dirt with a powerful jet of water. 

We have a range of pressure washers that work with our water bowsers. Choose from manual or electric start and pressure capabilities ranging from 100 to 200 bar. All of our pressure washers are supplied with a hose and lance.

Additionally, we offer a powered dust suppression fan that can be added to a pressure washer, transforming your bowser into a versatile piece of equipment.

DEF tank accessories

DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) is a requirement for most diesel-powered equipment and vehicles. Running out of DEF (also known as AdBlue) can damage engines and lead to costly repairs. Ensuring it can be delivered efficiently avoids delays or shutdowns and guarantees maximum uptime, keeping your operations on schedule.

DEF pumps

Our DEF pumps are designed to dispense diesel exhaust fluid quickly and safely. We offer manual and electric pumps with flow rates of up to 35 litres per minute. The electric pumps feature 20-minute duty cycles, while our manual pump operates continuously. Both types are user-friendly, making refuelling easy for anyone. Optional flow meters are available to help you accurately monitor your AdBlue levels. 

DEFCube accessories

Our DEFCube tanks are designed to keep your AdBlue safe. They feature a secondary inner tank that maintains a stable temperature and protects it from damage caused by transport.  

Our range of accessories goes beyond basic functionality, ensuring your AdBlue supply remains secure even in harsh conditions or remote locations.  

• Solar Panel Pump: Our 100W pump can discharge 5000L at full capacity and up to 1,750L per week, depending on sunlight. This system lets you dispense AdBlue without relying on an external power source, ensuring operations run smoothly.
• TecLevel eco 4G electronic fill level gauge: Stay on top of your AdBlue levels. With a battery lifetime of up to 10 years and 4G connectivity, this can work anywhere and keep you up to speed, even on an off-grid site.

We also offer a 15-metre delivery hose, 5-metre feed hoses in a choice of sizes, and an additional feed line to provide full functionality for your DEFCube tank.

Security accessories

However, the most effective strategy is to fit your equipment with visible, robust security devices. Western Global tanks are some of the most secure fuel tanks on the market. They feature a bunded design and a lockable equipment cabinet to protect against theft.

We offer a variety of security add-ons that can be fitted to a range of products:

• Hitchlock (twin and single axle): These locks are compatible with our fuel and water highway tow bowsers. They fully enclose the hitch and bolts to provide maximum protection and a visual and physical deterrent.
• Eyelock: Made from thick steel, this suits our highway tow bowsers with eye couplings. Effective and extremely obvious, it also provides a visual and physical deterrent against theft.
• Wheel clamp: This wheel clamp has an anti-pick and anti-drill steel-encased lock. It offers a high-security solution that prevents drive-off theft and tyre removal.
• Padlock-60: Our 60mm brass padlock is compatible with nearly all our products. It features a hardened steel shackle with a high-precision lock mechanism for excellent security, durability and resistance.
