Here are some facts about their day-to-day operation and total cost of ownership. And why modernizing your fleet is a great investment, increasing productivity and efficiency over old-fashioned round tanks.
Traditional tanks need a secondary containment pan. By engineering 110% double walled units housing pump fittings and connections within an exterior wall, our cube tanks save the cost of cleaning pans to prevent contamination or rainwater accumulation.
Sturdy square units take up less space on site or in your yard – yet hold the same capacity. Their steel frames mean you can stack them 3-high empty, and our TransCubes can be stacked two on top of each other filled with fuel. The shape and profile of round tanks also make them difficult to transport. Shifting tanks filled with fuel also eliminates time wasted emptying and cleaning, reducing relocation time via a highway or across large sites.
Round tanks also have their mount ports and pumps exposed to the elements and potential theft. With next-generation storage, these are securely contained in a lockable cabinet, that can safely house your expensive pumps from theft.
All tanks require routine care. Double-walled containment simplifies the cleaning and inspection process – and removable inner liners make maintenance a breeze. This extends their service life – which is predicted at over 10-years of reliable operation and income.
Listen to what one of our fuel distributors has to say: “everything is self-contained and out of the weather”.
