Hey David! How would you describe your job?

As a Sales Support Manager, I absolutely love the challenge and excitement in the art of problem-solving. I take great pride in being part of a team that places relationship management at the forefront, and I believe the key to successful relationships lies in making personal connections. I am fully dedicated to ensuring our sales process is seamless for both our clients and our sales team.

What initially attracted you to Western Global?

I was drawn to the culture and values at Western. During my interview with Western Global, it became clear that they foster a close-knit family environment. The company shows a special interest in its employees and looks after its own. With aggressive goals, Western empowers me to share ideas and opinions, which is incredibly motivating.

What is your favorite part of the job?

My favorite aspect of my job is interacting with people. I thrive on collaboration and discovering solutions to challenges. It’s incredibly fulfilling for me.

Can you tell me more about your background?

Before joining Western, my background was in the automotive industry within a large corporation. This experience really made me value the family-oriented culture at Western. It’s a refreshing change that brings a sense of belonging and support that was quite different from the more impersonal atmosphere of a big corporate environment.

When you’re not working, how do you spend your free time?

When I am not working, I spend time with my family. My two children keep me quite busy. If I have any spare time, I work on cars or exercise.

If you had one recommendation to someone, what would it be?

Always be kinder than necessary. You never know what someone is going through.
