How would you describe your job in one sentence?

I help keep our sales team and customers connected, ensuring queries are addressed and orders are handled. Every day, I address customer requirements and challenges, ensuring they feel supported from start to finish.

How long have you been part of the Western Global team?

Five years and counting!

What makes your role exciting?

No two days are ever the same! My dynamic role means I get a front-row seat to the entire journey – from that first order placed to the moment it lands in our customers’ hands.

What’s your favourite product and why?

Definitely the 10TCG(G)! Its short lead times and unbeatable versatility make it a customer favourite – and mine, too.

What does International Women’s Day mean to you?

For me, International Women’s Day is a powerful chance to celebrate how far we’ve come, take a real look at where we are, and get inspired for what’s next.

What does the day mean to you personally at this stage in your career?

It’s a reminder to pause and appreciate my own efforts – including those small, everyday wins that may go unnoticed.

When you look back on your journey so far, what’s a moment you feel particularly proud of  – and why?

I’m especially proud of how I’ve adapted to a completely new industry, embraced change, and stayed flexible along the way.

Have you had any female mentors or role models who have influenced your career or inspired you personally?

My best friend has always inspired me with her dedication and passion for her work. She showed me that loving what you do is the secret to truly excelling.

What advice would you give to women starting out or looking to progress in our industry?

Go for it! This industry might be challenging and a bit technical, but with curiosity – and a great team beside you – you’ll absolutely thrive.

How do you unwind when you’re not at work?

I love sports – swimming, hitting the gym, and relaxing in the sauna are my go-to ways to recharge.

Do you have any bucket list goals or New Year’s resolutions for 2026?

Break my personal records! This year, I’m aiming to read at least 48 books and take my plank challenge to the next level 😊

And make my dream trip to Thailand happen!

Do you have a favourite quote, motto, or words that inspire you?

Absolutely! One quote I live by: “Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.”

What are you currently reading, listening to, or watching?

I can’t get enough of crime and thriller books – and I’m completely hooked on their audiobook versions, too. You’ll find me listening any chance I get, whether I’m out and about or just relaxing at home.
