How to fit a Genpak into a TransCube Global

Fitting a Genpak, also known as a generator feed and return line kit, is easy with a TransCube Global tank. Here’s how to do it in five simple steps:

Fitting a Genpak in five steps

  1. Western Global tanks come fitted with generator feed and return connections as standard.
  2. To fit a standard Western Global Genpak, remove the blanking plugs from the feed and return ports.
  3. Make sure you use thread sealant to prevent air from being drawn into the generator feed lines.
  4. Screw the supplied quick-release couplers into the feed ports.
  5. The fuel lines running from the tank to the generator already come fitted with quick-release couplings. Push the couplings into the relevant fittings and do the same on the generator.
