Large vessels and inshore trawling boats landing brown crab, scallops and high-value fish make up a significant part of the Cornish economy. But with a relatively rural infrastructure and frequent seasonal road delays, keeping those fleets fuelled presents logistical problems.
We helped Watson Fuels keep day boats and beam trawling out to sea with clean, reliable fuel on-demand. They needed a substantial storage solution, efficient pumps and a management system to track stock and consumption. Environmental security is also key in ecologically sensitive marine environments – removing the risk of leakage and spills. So our EnviroCube Cab was the perfect solution.

Ready to fish, around the clock
We supplied a 30,000-litre EnviroCube Cab tank, fitted with a high-performance Hylek heavy-duty diesel pump – and a complete online management system. These units are made from upgraded steel, are 110% bunded for enhanced environmental security – and have a full-height lockable equipment cabinet with secure hose access.
European approvals including MSB make them ideal for marine use. The integrated management system ensures total traceability and reports low stock levels early on, ensuring consistency and control over a significant cost.
