I work with over a thousand customers, each with their own needs, budgets and know-how. Some of them simply want the right kit in the right place, at the right price. For others, this is all new. They need a solution, not simply a tank. I can help.

I began in operations and worked for the production team, before supporting sales in the Middle East and South Africa. Now I work in the south west of the UK, near our head office and my home. It’s handy for travel – but I’m far from deskbound, as people like to chat face to face about their individual needs.

My background across so many parts of this business helps me explain options with clarity and knowledge. Dealing with over 20-industries, there’s no such thing as a typical day. But it’s quite surprising how the same questions crop up in very different situations. We’ve normally got an in-stock solution ready to go. Sometimes we need to get our thinking caps on where our competitors can’t – which is pretty satisfying.
