Want to know what’s beyond our fuel tanks?

Meet Jignesh, a technical project manager, and a part of the global engineering team.

Quality, innovation, and reliability are what you look for in your fuel tanks, we have that in our fuel tanks and in our team.

Q&A’s to find out more about Jignesh…

1. What’s your favorite Western Global tank?

Got to say the TransCube Global as it’s a best selling product and also the fact I was a design engineer at the time the product was released!

However, the EnviroCube is a innovative fuel tank with all advance features we developed, being the first of it’s kind on the market. Having worked on it with Malcolm and Reshma it’s great to see it being shipped all over the UK and Europe.

2. What’s it like to be a part of a global team?

We work on a global scale both internally and externally. With offices dotted all over the world, we communicate with colleagues in different countries daily. I enjoy communicating with global customers such as liaising with projects in The Gambia, Australia as well as Europe.

3. What’s your favorite project you’ve worked on?

Each project brings something different such as new challenges to overcome. I’ve been lucky enough to be involved in many inspiring and demanding global projects.

I was involved in the first phase of a marine diesel, Guyana shorebase project which was challenging! This project included working around the large amount of fuel required in a remote area of a developing country as well as the actual site being “dynamically positioned.” The outcome was an entire fuel chain which consisted of 18x 400TTS container tanks, each holding 60420L totalling 1,087,560L of fuel.

To have a look at the Guyana shorebase project in further detail or to check out other projects Western Global have been a part of view our case studies.
