Speedy make the switch to hvo

HVO READY FUEL TANKS

The company has switched to using HVO from red diesel to fuel generators and machinery on its UK sites. They expect the switch to save 2,500 tonnes of CO2e per year.

Speedy supply Green D+ enhanced Hydro-treated Vegetable Oil (HVO) as its preferred low emission fuel. This switch from fossil fuels means reducing 1 tonne of CO2 for every 350 litres of Green D+ HVO.
