We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Customer Service Representative. The role is responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager in following up on leads, prospecting for new customers, and setting confirmed appointments with customers. They will also support order management and account management processes such as setting up new accounts for billing, preparing quotes and quoting support in delivering solutions, helping coordinate shipments, and post-shipment support.
