Western Global North American office “Doubles” Down in Operations With Two New Hires

Today, Western Global is proud to announce the hiring of Anthony & Thomas Capaldi. These identical twin brothers will be joining the North American operations team as Procurement & Distribution Specialist respectively.

After both receiving Bachelor degrees from Oakland University in Business Management in 2014/15 they then went to work for Electro-Matic – a local Michigan automotive parts supplier for Ford, Chrysler Fiat, & GM. During this time, they gained extensive knowledge in production management, inventory processing, & industrial distribution. After spending a year in the production department both Anthony & Thomas were transferred to Inside Sales where they worked closely with existing customers by processing quotes/orders, handling returns, and managing their accounts.

“Starting in production was really useful. We learned about the process behind the operations & order fulfillment of the business. We experienced every pain point and learned how that affected our customers. In turn, we were then able to find ways to improve that process.” Anthony said when asked about the benefits of working in both operations and sales at Electro-Matic.

Both Anthony & Thomas bring their positive disposition to the Western Global North American operations team. They look forward to using their experience in the automotive component industry to optimize the capabilities of the operations team and improve the already high standards of customer service the operations team has created.
