Philippine Army supports remote communities

Western Global supports the Philippine Army fuel remote communities

Remote communities which have been affected by so many recent natural disasters, needed fuel for generators to power necessary hospitals.
Many locations were in a mountainous jungle region and the fuel tanks need to be able to sustain this hostile environment.

As a standard product for us the 50TCG (4500L Transcube) was ascertained to be the best solution for the army, the units were then painted in camouflage colours as required.

Army vehicles are the only form of transport that can navigate these mountainous regions. Therefore, the trailers in which the fuel tanks were sat on needed to live up this standard. Along with our local partner of chassis we designed a specification with a short wheel base for better performance and indestructible frame.

We supplied the Philippine Army 13 units, these have been perfect for the operation and 25 more units have been signed to further increase their operational support.
